Windsor : Règlement no 9023, art. 80 — Each person who contravenes any designated provision of this by-law pursuant to section 79 and each registered owner of that vehicle, when given a Penalty Notice in accordance with this by-law, shall be liable to pay to the City an Administrative Penalty in the amount set out in Schedule “W” Administrative Penalties, hereof for each day or part of a day on which the contravention continues, and any fees related thereto
