Windsor : Règlement no 9023, art. 99 — Complaints and comments respecting the administrative of the City’s system of parking administrative penalties may be given to the Manager of Traffic Operations. The Manager of Traffic Operations shall consider each such complaint or comment in relation to the Manager of Traffic Operation’s consideration of opportunities for improvements to the City’s system of parking administrative penalties.
