The failure of any person to remedy a breach of this bylaw within twenty- four hours after receipt of a Notice of Violation shall be deemed to constitute

a separate offence for which an additional Notice of Violation may be issued or a prosecution initiated.

18 If an application for approval of a permit pursuant to this Bylaw is refused then the applicant may appeal this decision by applying in writing to the Secretary of the Committee and the Committee may affirm, modify or reverse the decision
