Que dit Ajax, règlement 04-2026, art. 9 ?
Noise resulting from the reasonable enjoyment of property shall not constitute a violation of this by-law, provided that such noise is not excessive in nature and is not clearly audible from within a dwelling located on a separate property from where the noise originates.
