BYLAW 8026, 2018 Every person who violates any of the provisions of this bylaw or who suffers or permits anything to be done in contravention or violation of this bylaw, or who neglects or refrains from doing anything required to be done under the provisions of this bylaw commits an offence and upon summary conviction shall be liable to a fine not exceeding $10,000.00.

15. Every person who violates any of the provisions of the Bylaw shall be guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding $2,000.00 and, in default of payment, to imprisonment not exceeding 30 days.
