No person shall park, stop or stand a vehicle in a designated parking space, or be entitled to the benefit of an exemption under this By-law, unless the vehicle is displaying a valid accessible parking permit and the vehicle is being operated by or is conveying the person with a disability to whom the accessible parking permit has been issued.
