For purposes of Section 8.4 subsection (a), where one of more official signs have been posted on the private property, stating conditions on which a motor vehicle may be parked or left or prohibiting the parking of a motor vehicle on the private property, parking contrary to such conditions or prohibitions, the vehicle shall be deemed to have been parked or left without consent.
