Other than a Permitted Outdoor Fire or as permitted under the Fire Code,
3. no person shall set a Fire or allow a Fire to burn outdoors except in accordance with the provisions of this By-law, particularly as set out in section 4 of this By-law and all other applicable provincial, municipal and federal laws and regulations.
