No Person shall make, emit, cause, or permit any Noise resulting from any Construction activity, other than Residential Renovation, that is audible at a Point of Reception during the following times:
- on any statutory holiday,
- (b) from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day, Monday to Friday,
- (c) from 8:00 p.m. on Friday to 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, and
- (d) from 5:00 p.m. on Saturday to 7:00 a.m. on Monday.
