Digital Display/ Electronic Message Board:
- means an advertising device, sign or section of a sign which is electronically controlled and which displays information in a pre-arranged sequence, and on which the intensity of the illumination is maintained at a consistent level and the image remains static for a pre-determine amount of time as set out in this by-law. Shall include but not be limited to electronic text message boards and LED displays.
