Remembrance Day:
- Motorists parked in a Paid Parking Zone, as defined in Schedule “24”, to this by-law, annually on November 11, Remembrance Day are not required to pay the prescribed fee between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and shall not be subject to the penalty.
