- 8.11 Any person to whom an order is issued shall comply with the order
- 8.12 Wherever this By-law, or an order issued under this By-law, directs or requires any matter or thing to be done by any person within a specified time period, in default of it being done by the specified time period, remedial action may be initiated by the Director, Chief Building Official or a Town designate.
