In this Schedule:
- “seasonal produce vendor ” means a person who sells or offers for sale seasonal produce, including, but not be limited to, fresh fruits and vegetables and Christmas trees, at a location on privately owned property. 2.(1) No person shall carry on the business, trade or occupation of a seasonal produce vendor without a licence.
