No licence shall be issued to an applicant that is:
a corporation, if any one of the applicant’s officers, directors or shareholders is less than 18 years of age;
- (b) a partnership, if any one of the applicant’s partners is less than 18 years of age;
- (c) an individual, if the individual is less than 18 years of age.
