for all branding signs other than sign on construction hoarding, in a commercial, industrial or institutional zone or on that part of a property where the use is commercial, industrial or institutional; commemorative sign
- (d) a commemorative plaque or cornerstone except:
- (i) with a maximum sign area of 0.3 m; and
- (ii) at least 1.5 m from a street line or property line; directional sign
- (e) a sign which gives directions or instructions for the control of vehicular or pedestrian traffic including an entry or exit sign except:
- (i) if the directional sign is wall-mounted:
