General Prohibitions
No Person shall Injure or Destroy a Tree or cause the Injury or Destruction of a Tree:
Unless exempted by Section 5, 6 or 7 of this Bylaw; or
Unless in possession of a Tree Permit issued under this Bylaw and in accordance with its terms and conditions; and
Despite Subsection 3(a), the exemptions provided in Sections 5(k), 5(o), 5(t), 6(a), 6(b), 7(a), 7(b), 7(d), 7(e) and 7(f) of this Bylaw do not apply to Active Planning Application Properties.
