Every Owner, Operator and Attendant shall ensure the hours of operation of the body-rub parlour are posted on a Sign in a conspicuous place, visible from the outside of the Premises; and
- (c) The provisions of section 6(a) of this By-law are not applicable to a Health and Social Club.
