Newmarket By-law 2015-18, s. 11.1 — The Fire Chief may issue a Permit for Discharge of Display Fireworks or Pyrotechnical Special Effect Fireworks on the conditions set forth in Sections 8 or 9 and each such Permit shall state the name of the sponsoring club, business, organization, association or group, the purpose of the display, the place and date at which the same may be held, and the name of the Fireworks Supervisor or Pyrotechnician under whose supervision the display shall be held
