Upon receipt of the request for a Hearing from an Owner of a vicious Dog, the Town Clerk shall convene a meeting of the Hearing Officer, as soon as is practicable, and notify the Owner of the Dog and any victim(s) of the Attack of the time, date and location of the Hearing.
