Oshawa : Règlement no 79-99, art. 4.35(a) — Traffic and Parking By-law

No person shall Park a Vehicle on a Highway:

• within a distance of 30 metres in advance of, or 15 metres beyond the nearest rail of any level crossing of a railway, on both sides of a Highway, measured in the direction of travel of Vehicles on the Highway;
• (b) within a distance of 4 metres of the tracks of a railway, where the tracks run on and are parallel to the Roadway.
