Subject to the other provisions of this by-law,
no person shall park a vehicle or permit a vehicle to remain parked on a highway for a period of time longer than three (3) hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, or for a period longer than 6 hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, or a holiday.
