Toronto By-law 844, s. (1) — Chapter 844 Waste Collection, Residential Properties

Indemnify and keep indemnified the City against all actions, suits, claims and demands which may be brought against or made upon the City and its officers, employees and agents and against all loss, costs, charges, damages or expenses whatsoever which may be incurred, sustained or paid by the City in consequence of any employee of the City entering the building or part of it;
