Each person who contravenes s5,6 or s21(12) of this by law is guilty of an offence and upon conviction is liable to a penalty as provided in the Provincial Offences Act, R.S.O. 1990, c P33 as amended(ADDED B/L 112-2013 JULY 8/13) (DELETED B.L 119-2016 AUG 2/16)
