Saskatoon : Règlement no 8463, art. 7(2) — The Sidewalk Clearing Bylaw, 2005

Notwithstanding subsection (1), in the areas listed in Schedule "A", the owner or occupant of adjacent property may clear or remove snow or ice or other loose debris from a sidewalk by causing it to be placed in the roadway adjacent to such sidewalk but must do so in such a manner that it does not create a hazard or interfere with the use of the roadway.
