School bus loading zones are hereby authorized and assigned on the highways at the side and at the locations set out respectively in Columns 1, 2, and 3 on Schedule V for use by school buses during the times set out in Column 4 of the said Schedule.
- (b) No vehicle other than a school bus waiting for, or in the process of, loading or unloading students, shall be stopped in any school bus loading zone referred to in subsection
