- 21 Return of Impounded Cats
- 21.1 Within twenty-four (24) hours of the impounding of a cat, every reasonable effort shall be made by Animal Services Officers to notify the owner, if known, that the cat is impounded and the conditions whereby custody of the cat may be regained
