- 25 Euthanasia
- 25.1 Any animal which is found to be rabid, injured, or suffering from other infectious disease, at the discretion of the Medical Officer or Director in consultation with a veterinarian, may be humanely euthanized by the Town or Town agents in accordance with any applicable legislation
