the requirement that repairs be made in a "good workmanlike manner" includes ensuring that the component repaired can perform its intended function and finishing the repair in a manner reasonably compatible with adjoining decorative finishing materials; and
- (b) the requirement that repairs and maintenance be made with "materials that are suitable and sufficient for the purpose" includes a requirement for materials reasonably compatible with adjoining decorative finishing materials. Part III: General Maintenance Standards
