Properties shall be graded:
- such that storm water and pumped discharge water drains from the Yard and does not pond in a recurrent manner;
- (b) such that storm water and pumped discharge is prevented from entering into any building; and
- (c) in a manner that will minimize erosion of adjacent properties. By-law Number 6543-23
