Procedures All sound level measurements and calculations shall be made in accordance with References [3] [6] and [12].
Sound from existing adjacent stationary sources may be included in the determination of the background One Hour Equivalent Sound Level
- (Leq) it such stationary sources of sound are not under consideration for noise abatement by the Municipality or the Ministry of Environment and Energy.
