For sound from a stationary source, including Quasi-Steady Impulsive Sound but not including other impulsive sound the sound level limit expressed in terms of the One Hour Equivalent Sound Level
- (Leq) is the background One Hour Equivalent Sound Level
- (Leq) typically caused by road traffic as obtained pursuant to Section 6 for that point of reception.
