Notwithstanding section 4(2), parking a motor vehicle shall be permitted on any highway between the hours of 12:01 am (midnight) to 7:00 am on:
- i) December 25th (Christmas
- Day) of each year;
- ii) December 26th (Boxing
- Day) of each year; and
- iii) January 1st (New Year’s
- Day) of each year.
