Notwithstanding Article 5.1.0.0.0, no owner of any dog shall allow his dog to run at large in a Dog Off Leash Recreational Area as defined in this by -law, unless:
- a) a City of Barrie dog tag is affixed to the dog, and,
- b) a current rabies vaccination tag is affixed to the dog.
