The occupant s of more than one suite may share a water closet, lavatory, and bathtub or shower provided:
- not more than a total of eight (8) persons occupy both dwelling unit s; and
- (b) access to the fixtures can be gained without going through rooms of another dwelling unit or outside the dwelling.
