No Stopping:
Where appropriate signs are erected and are on display,
no person shall stop a vehicle on any highway at the side and between the limits set out respectively in Columns 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule "4" to this By-law during the prohibited times or days set out in Column 4 of the said Schedule.
