Barrie By-law 2020-107, s. 8.1 — Any person who contravenes any provision of this by-law shall be guilty of an offence and upon conviction shall be liable to a fine of not more than $5,000.00, exclusive of costs, and the provisions of the Provincial Offences Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.
