That this by-law shall apply to all private pools and pool enclosures not subject to the requirements of the Building Code Act and the Ontario Building Code, Division A, Part 1 Designated Structures:
- a) Sentence 1.3.1.1.(1)(i) outdoor pool, and
- b) Sentence 1.3.1.1.(1)(ii) outdoor public spa
