In addition to subsection 14 (1), any Person who is charged with an offence under this By-law in accordance with Part III of the Provincial Offences Act and is found guilty of the offence, is liable, in addition to any other penalties:
- (a) If an individual, to a fine of not more than $25,000; or Office Consolidation – Boulevard Maintenance and Highway Obstruction By-law –
- (b) If a corporation, to a fine of not more than $50,000.
