Snow and Ice Removal By-law

1. The owner or occupant of land shall clear away and remove snow, ice or slush from the sidewalks on the highways in front of, along side of or at the rear of such lands by 11:00 in the forenoon of the day immediately following the day upon which the snow fell.

2 Where a building fronts or abuts on a street or is erected so near to a street that snow or ice may or is likely to fall upon the street from such building, the owner or occupant of such building shall cause the snow or ice to be removed from the building forthwith
