For the purposes of this by-law:
a. “Act” means the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended; b. “Arborist” means a person expert in the care and maintenance of trees with an accredited college or university degree in urban forestry, arboriculture or equivalent and is:
