Flags in conjunction with a temporary sales office or model home shall be permitted provided that:
- (a) No more than nine flags are located on one lot; 2 2
- (b) Each flag or emblem does not exceed 2.7 m (29 ft );
- (c) Each flag shall be attached to a pole not exceeding 7.5 m (25
- ft) in height;
- (d) Each flag shall be setback a minimum of 1.5m from any property line; and
- (e) Sales offices located within a unit in a commercial or industrial zoned property shall not be permitted flags.
