Unless otherwise indicated above, the amount of fees refundable shall be calculated as follows (By-law 59-2010):

• Cancellation of a permit application:
• fees will be refunded in accordance with the following schedule upon receipt of a written request for cancellation or if an application is deemed abandoned by the Chief Building Official or their designate:
• If administrative functions only have 90% commenced If review functions have commenced 40% If the review has been completed 30%
