Brampton By-law 399-2002, s. 2(3) — Sign By-law

Every farmer who wishes to erect signs pursuant to this schedule shall maintain in good standing and, upon registration shall provide proof of a valid insurance policy of at least $1 million liability coverage with respect to any sign the farmer may erect on the road right-of-way;
