Brampton By-law 399-2002, s. 2(5) — Sign By-law

Notwithstanding section 7 and Schedule II of this By-law, a farmer who has duly registered pursuant to this schedule may erect a maximum of three ground signs provided that: 2 2

• (a) The maximum sign area of a ground sign shall be 15 m (161 ft );
• (b) The maximum height of a ground sign, including support structure, shall 7.5 m (24.5
• ft) above finished grade;
• (c) Ground signs shall be non- illuminated; and
• (d) No ground sign shall be located closer than 1.5 m (5
• ft) to any property line.
