38. Notwithstanding Schedule III WALL SIGNS, Sentence 1.(8) the following signage on the lands described as PLAN 43M1524 BLK 181 (175 Fletchers Creek Blvd) is permitted: 2 2
- a) One 2.2 m (23.2 ft ) wall sign on the north elevation of the building attached to the wall of the garbage room provided no further wall signs be permitted on the garbage room walls. (By-law 211-2013)
