39. Notwithstanding Schedule III WALL SIGNS, Sentence 1.(8) the following signage on the lands described as CONC 2 EHS PART OF LOT 4 (80 Resolution Drive) is permitted:
- a) One 1.2 m (48”) diameter logo sign on the west elevation of the building attached to the wall of the climate controlled garbage room provided no further wall signs be permitted on the garbage room walls. (By-law 212-2013)
