Brampton By-law 399-2002, s. 4(19) — Sign By-law

“Electronic Variable Message Centre” shall mean an illuminated component of

a window or ground sign that is designed to have alphanumeric characters and/or electronic images that can be readily changed or rearranged by electronic means without altering the face of the sign and displays information in a prearranged sequence. Third party sign copy shall not be displayed. This definition shall include signs commonly referred to as Digital and Projected Advertising Displays (DPAD) signs; (By-laws 59-2010, 258-2022);
