"Portable sign" shall mean a sign which is specifically designed or intended to be readily moved from one location to another and which does not rely on a building or fixed foundation for its structural support, and shall include mobile signs, A- frame signs and portable signs Class A, B, C and D as defined in this by-law; (65- 2003)
