Brampton By-law 399-2002, s. 4(39) — Sign By-law

“Sign” shall mean any device, object or thing which creates a design or conveys a message, or which is designed to convey a message, and which is erected, located or fixed on any real property for the purposes of advertising goods or services offered, identifying a business or enterprise or for conveying any other type of message, and shall include a flag, but shall not include a newspaper box;
