Brampton By-law 399-2002, s. 4(55) — Sign By-law

“Office Building ” shall mean any building in which the primary use is for persons employed in the management, direction or conduct of an agency, profession, business or brokerage. The building may include main floor retail uses, however, the office use shall occupy greater than 50% of the building (By-law 59-2010);
